
Kitchen Team Member

Every day is a new challenge in the kitchen, where creativity meets culinary skills. As a Chef de Partie, you will work closely with senior chefs to plan menus and prepare dishes that exceed expectations.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in menu planning and food preparation, ensuring every dish meets our high quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to proper sanitation and food safety practices.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed, to ensure seamless operations.
- Training and supervising junior staff members, to develop their skills and confidence.
- Overseeing the preparation and plating of dishes during service hours, presenting our cuisine at its best.
- Adjusting recipes as needed to meet dietary restrictions or customer preferences, providing an exceptional dining experience.
- Communicating effectively with other staff members, to ensure smooth kitchen operations and maintain a positive team dynamic.
- Staying up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques, through continuous training and professional development.
- Maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming, setting an example for your colleagues.
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual who possesses:
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of international and regional cuisines.
- Experience in food preparation and recipe development, with a passion for innovation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility and adaptability.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business.
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a chef.
