Job Summary:
">The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring efficient procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution of supplies and products. This role requires a detail-oriented leader with experience in supply chain management and international trade compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure smooth operations from procurement to final delivery.
  • Oversee transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to maintain optimal supply levels.
  • Ensure efficient coordination between maintenance, fleet operation, production, and sales teams.
  • Manage the cold chain logistics to preserve the freshness and quality of seafood products.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the fisheries, food, or perishable goods industry.
  • Experience in cold chain logistics and international shipping.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations, including ISO standards and HACCP.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics management software and ERP systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
