Product Development Leader

In this role, you will lead the development of a product portfolio for business customers. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Defining and implementing the product strategy, including analyzing existing market insights and mandating new market research and competitive analysis.
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Collaborating with technical teams to generate design documents and processes, and coordinating implementation of products between network and IT, Customer Service, and suppliers.
- Conducting UAT to ensure all requirements from the user perspective are deployed.
- Managing the go-to-market process and monitoring product performance in terms of uptake, usage, and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively managing product lifecycle, taking an active role in making future business plans.
A university degree is required, along with a minimum of 6 years of related working experience in the Telecom Industry, preferably with at least 3 years of working experience in product development and management.
