Research Faculty Position in Digital Dentistry
We invite applications for a Research Faculty Position in Digital Dentistry at our institution. The successful candidate will have a strong background in research and education, with a focus on advancing research activities in digital dentistry.
The role involves teaching responsibilities related to digital dentistry, with emphasis on research methodology, scientific writing, and material science. You will also be responsible for leading and coordinating research initiatives, supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, and managing research laboratory operations.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:
• Teach and assess students in digital dentistry and research methodology
• Conduct research and publish papers in peer-reviewed academic journals
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and support thesis development
• Lead and coordinate research initiatives in digital dentistry
• Manage and oversee research laboratory operations, including chemical, mechanical, and cellular testing
• Mentor junior faculty and students, fostering a vibrant and sustainable research culture

Requirements:
• A dental qualification (BDS or equivalent) with a PhD in Digital Dentistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a closely related field from an internationally recognized and reputable institution
• Experience in laboratory-based research, particularly involving digital dentistry technologies
• Proven track record of supervising postgraduate research students and guiding successful thesis development
• Demonstrated success in securing and managing external research funding
• Strong publication record in peer-reviewed academic journals
• Familiarity with digital dentistry technologies and their applications in research and education
• A postgraduate qualification in education, leadership, or management is preferred
