Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to lead our security team across multiple locations in Oman. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of security personnel across all branches.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for entry/exit control, visitor management, vehicle movement, surveillance, and emergency handling.
  • Ensure the safety and protection of employees, customers, assets, and infrastructure by monitoring CCTV and alarm systems.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents or alarms and conduct preliminary investigations.
  • Oversee gate controls, staff ID checks, visitor logs, and movement registers to maintain discipline and prevent unauthorized access.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Security Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing security teams in multi-location operations.
  • Previous military/police/security background preferred.
  • Valid Oman/GCC Driving License.

Competencies:

  • Team leadership with strong command and coordination skills.
  • Working knowledge of security surveillance and communication systems.
  • Experience in handling internal and external security threats.
  • Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel and monitor various sites across Oman regularly.
