Part-Time Barista Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Part-Time Barista to join our team. As a key member of our café staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea, as well as light snacks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customers' preferences, ensuring attention to detail and quality control.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Ensure accurate cash transactions and handle inventory management and restocking supplies with minimal supervision.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working as a Barista or in a similar role is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of different types of coffee, tea, and other beverages is essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking when necessary, is crucial.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, is mandatory.
