Geomatics Professional

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software, and have prior experience in GPS and Total Station operations.

This role involves working closely with engineers and construction personnel to plan and implement new construction projects, ensuring that survey specifications and safety regulations are met.

You will conduct topographic and land surveys to produce accurate terrain maps, verify construction plans and survey specifications for accuracy and completeness, and collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure compliance with survey specifications and safety regulations.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Measure and map construction sites and mark locations of key features
• Verify that construction plans and survey specifications are accurate and complete
• Collaborate with engineers and construction personnel to plan and implement new construction projects
• Use specialized tools and technology to gather and analyze data

Requirements:

• Prior experience in boundary and property line determination is an asset
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail are required
• Candidates with experience in topographical surveys are preferred
