Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction and renovation projects from planning to execution. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with division heads to determine project requirements and prepare a technical scope of work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with division heads to determine project requirements and prepare a technical scope of work.
  • Lead and manage construction and renovation projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion.
  • Manage minor projects by preparing a basic scope of work, surveying quantity, and obtaining quotations.
  • Coordinate with departments, consultants, and contractors to justify requirements and prepare detailed plans.
  • Coordinate procurement to obtain quotations, evaluate, and select contractors.
  • Review and confirm quotations and scope of works to meet requirements.
  • Ensure planned projects are budgeted and adhere to company procedures in case of unbudgeted projects.
  • Monitor and supervise projects based on agreed work plans, ensuring timely completion.
  • Evaluate progress and prepare monthly reports for the line manager, assessing contractor performance based on KPIs.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report issues raised by the HSSE department.
  • Coordinate with the line manager to inspect properties and prepare reports.
  • Provide weekly progress reports to monitor project status.
  • Attend meetings with department heads to discuss project progress and required actions.
