Drive Business Growth as a Strategic Data Leader

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our data science initiatives and drive analytics capabilities. As Head of Data Science, you will oversee the entire data science function, setting the vision and strategy while ensuring the delivery of high-quality data-driven solutions.

This role requires a strong leader who can mentor and develop a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where data science can add value and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, and at least 7 years of experience in data science and analytics, with a proven track record in a leadership role. They will possess strong expertise in machine learning, data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala and experience with data visualization tools.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive data science strategy aligned with business objectives, collaborating with stakeholders to define data-driven solutions, and overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of complex machine learning models and algorithms.

You will bridge between technical teams and business units, effectively presenting key findings and recommendations, and stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in data science and technology, incorporating them into our strategy and methodologies.

Beyond your technical expertise, you will need to demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing talent, outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
