Senior Health and Safety Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled professional to lead technical topics within our network implementation organization.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with EHS policies, standards, and legal requirements.
  • Implement EHS standards across projects or assigned areas.
  • Lead EHS inspections and advise on improvements based on trend analysis.
  • Develop and implement project-specific EHS plans and risk assessments.
  • Conduct incident investigations and root cause analyses.
  • Ensure timely closure of corrective actions and conduct audits.
  • Prepare reports for management and represent the company in audits.
  • Collaborate with management to oversee supplier and contractor management.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in design, automation, telecommunications, and data privacy is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to evaluate and onboard contractors effectively.
