Health and Safety are top priorities in this role, where you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and experience in implementing EHS systems, particularly in well services. A minimum of 7-15 years' experience in HSE is required, with at least 7 years in a supervisory capacity.

A bachelor's degree is not necessarily required, but the ability to conduct in-house training on H2S refreshers and other EHS topics is essential. The ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic is also necessary.

This role involves working in a desert environment and requires a valid driver's license. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their competence in core HSE competencies such as Permit to Work, Incident Management, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and HSE audits.
