About this role

We are seeking a senior petrophysicist to provide operational and study support to exploration and production assets. As a key member of the team, you will perform performance evaluations, focusing on efforts to optimise operations and recovery, aligning with both petrophysical function and reservoir management teams.

You must have mentored junior staff and ideally be able to implement a nationalisation programme. Experience in shale gas, tight gas, and other unconventional resources is essential.

Responsibilities include creating and following field development plans (FDPs) and feasibility reports (FFRs). You must be current with the latest industry tools and techniques, working with both clastic and carbonate reservoir systems.

A Bachelor's degree in geoscience or an engineering discipline is required, along with 15+ years of experience in petrophysical engineering within the oil industry, service company, or producer in the Middle East region.
