This is a vital role in our company based in the coastal city of Khasab. We seek a reliable and efficient individual to provide administrative support to our office.
The position involves providing professional reception services, maintaining office supplies and equipment, organizing appointments and travel arrangements, filing documents, conducting bookkeeping tasks, and preparing presentations and reports.
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, 1+ year of experience in an administrative role, fluency in English, and proficient computer skills including MS Office.
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position. The job is located in the scenic city of Khasab. While we welcome candidates from all nationalities, please note that accommodation is not provided.
