Job Summary

The Technology Director position at Hyatt Hotels Corporation is responsible for overseeing the overall technology strategy and direction of the organization. This includes planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Information Systems policies and procedures, operation and administration to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and consistent implementation of Grand Hyatt Doha and Hyatt International Standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • IS System Management: Manage the IS systems, including planning, organizing, directing and controlling the operation and administration of IS systems.
  • Data Security and Compliance: Ensure that all IS systems meet the required data security and compliance standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure the successful delivery of technology services.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including hotel management, staff and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of technology services.
