About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maximizing sales of products through various promotional activities within a designated geographic territory.

You will engage with healthcare professionals, create better customer experiences, and perform tasks under the general direction of the Sales/Category Manager. The incumbent is fully responsible for business and financial results in their assigned territory.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. They must also be computer literate and experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage on promotional science-based brand messages where product can support HCP in meeting patient needs
  • Acts as key point of contact for seamless connection to Pfizer SMEs and resources
  • Responsible for onboarding customers to new operating model and platforms
  • Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience
  • Visits physicians to help manage patients' diseases using Pfizer products
  • Distributes knowledge using guidelines through product samples and marketing literature
  • Follows-up with HCP to gather feedback and questions regarding experience with Pfizer products
