Job Overview

The luxury hospitality industry is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to promote its complex positioning and offerings through effective communication programs.

This role plays a crucial part in engaging target audiences, analyzing social media campaign performance, creating unique content, and managing the resort's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across all social media channels.
  • Analyze campaign data to inform future decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Create high-quality visual and written content to showcase the resort's luxurious offerings.
  • Manage the resort's social media presence, including profiles, content, and engagement.
  • Identify market trends and insights to inform new strategies and opportunities.
  • Utilize design and video skills (Adobe Illustrator, CapCut, Canva) to create engaging content.
  • Develop and implement plans to increase market share, revenue, and visibility in local and international markets.
  • Host site inspections and coordinate on-property film/photo shoots.
  • Collaborate with other departments to source press-worthy angles and opportunities for events and activities.
  • Monitor and measure media tracking, reporting results to key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date hotel collateral and information.
  • Act as day-to-day PR contact, drafting press releases as needed.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing and communication plans and programs.
  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, communications, and public relations activities internally and externally.
What We Are Looking For
  • A Marketing Communication professional with experience in luxury hotels or media houses.
  • Strong knowledge of optimizing social media presence and handling digital campaigns.
  • A content curator with a natural flair for delivering high-quality content.
  • At least 3 years' background in a similar position.
  • A sound understanding of marketing communication and digital practices and procedures.
  • Impeccable English copywriting skills and creative thinking.
