MFL Educator

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled MFL educator to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality language education.

1. Curriculum Planning: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners, aligned with curriculum requirements and external assessment criteria.
2. Student Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing targeted feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
3. Classroom Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement, motivation, and academic achievement.
4. Professional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices, engage in professional development, and maintain high teaching standards.
5. School Involvement: Contribute to co-curricular activities and school initiatives, enhancing the educational experience and promoting student development.
6. Parent Communication: Maintain effective communication with parents, supporting students' development and well-being.

• Education: A degree and PGCE or B.Ed or equivalent, with at least two years of post-qualification teaching experience in the relevant subject.
• Experience: Experience teaching GCSE and A Level, proficiency with ICT in teaching, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality education.
• Personal Qualities: High expectations for all students, commitment to their overall development, and a passion for teaching.
• Desirable: Experience in a high-performing international school is advantageous.
