Job Responsibilities

This role involves leading cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop strategic relationships with internal customers to understand their business goals and objectives.
  2. Lead the review of scopes of work from a technical perspective, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  3. Evaluate requisitions and propose contracting strategies to optimize results, considering problem-solving skills and escalation procedures.
  4. Communicate effectively with internal customers to discuss requirement details and align projects with corporate vision, promoting collaboration and partnership.
  5. Develop procurement project plans and manage timelines to achieve goals, considering risk management and mitigation strategies.
  6. Promote best practices in RFI, tendering, evaluation, awarding, and contracting processes to ensure seamless execution, highlighting the importance of process improvement.
  7. Prepare contract handovers to internal customers and foster partnerships, emphasizing the value of relationship-building.
  8. Align projects with organizational values and participate in annual initiatives led by General Managers or Senior Managers, demonstrating commitment to organizational excellence.
  9. Identify and prioritize projects, developing solution strategies to drive growth, considering the impact on key performance indicators.
  10. Contribute to identifying weaknesses in procurement processes and advising solutions to improve efficiency, highlighting opportunities for process improvement.
  11. Collaborate with project teams, discuss issues, and provide guidance to ensure successful outcomes, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  12. Submit regular update reports analyzing project progress and commenting on achievements, providing insights into project performance.
  13. Manage work duties to achieve individual and departmental KPIs, adapting to changing work environments, and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
