About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in test planning, management, and execution, with a strong background in core banking modules.
  • They will be responsible for managing system integration testing and User Acceptance Testing, coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Additionally, they will participate in sprint review/demonstration sessions, collecting feedback and converting it into user stories for the product backlog.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily test planning, ensuring coordination with respective teams for System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and operations teams to prepare test cases and scenarios.
  • Review and document all test-related documents, including test plans, test cases, test scenarios, defect reports, and test results.
  • Ensure comprehensive testing across various backend systems.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in testing, with preference for test management experience.
  • Background in BPM for branch process automation, corporate banking functions (e.g., Loans, Collaterals, Limit Structures), credit administration, and domain expertise in core Banking modules.
