This role requires a seasoned leader to oversee the financial integrity and profitability of an organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Protect company revenue by identifying areas of leakage and exposure, then develop strategies to mitigate financial risk.

  • Develop and execute operational plans for a department aligned with financial control objectives.

  • Oversee reconciliation of all revenue streams, including customer billing and service usage.

  • Lead the detection, analysis, and resolution of revenue leakage incidents through root-cause identification and process improvements.

  • Supervise the implementation of fraud management strategies, including system audits and internal threat monitoring.

  • Ensure quality assurance and testing of new systems and process changes that affect revenue flows.

  • Design and recommend enhanced analytical systems and financial models to support decision-making.

  • Review and enhance standard operating procedures and internal controls to future-proof operations against evolving risks.

  • Drive compliance with industry best practices, standards, and internal governance frameworks.

  • Report on the financial impact of initiatives and present findings to senior leadership.

It's a strategic leadership role within a finance division. The Senior Manager oversees Revenue Assurance (RA) and Fraud Management (FM) operations, policies, and reporting frameworks. This ensures the financial integrity and profitability of an organisation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8 years total experience, including 3+ years in management.

  • Deep expertise in revenue assurance, fraud detection, financial forensics, and billing systems reconciliation.

  • Demonstrated experience in policy development, strategic planning, and risk mitigation.

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

  • High ethical standards, with strong analytical thinking and a proactive mindset.
