Chief Financial Officer

The ideal Chief Financial Officer conducts and participates in cost analyses and rate studies, preparing statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues. The role involves reviewing accounting and administrative controls, establishing system controls for new financial systems, and developing procedures to improve existing systems.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services, including debt management, cash management, insurance coverage, and investments.
  • Assess the firm's overall financial picture, understand its needs, and develop a solid financial plan that guides the firm toward a profitable and secure financial decision.
  • Cultivate win-win relationships and keep abreast of new industry trends and research the market to back up financial consulting.
  • Oversee the course of the financial plan and update it as necessary to ensure profits and compliance with all industry rules and regulations.
  • Liaise with providers, solicitors, valuers, and other professionals to assist in the development of plans for the company.
  • Market Research & Market Analysis: Analyze market performance, investments, and client data to develop strategies for meeting clients' financial goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English language.
  • Computer literacy is required, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
