Senior Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Site Manager to oversee the execution of our client's project in Oman. The position involves supervising a team of engineers and technicians responsible for constructing oil and gas facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve key deliverables from contractors, including construction activities, technical audits, and interface management.
  • Provide technical assistance to the Superintendent and ensure compliance with project scope, specifications, and procedures.
  • Participate in audits of risk-contractors and ensure design validity and coherence with other disciplines.
  • Coordinate interfaces between different contractors and develop synergies to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor work front progress, identify risks, and propose mitigations to the management team.
  • Support the Construction Manager in overall site management and provide inputs to the internal reporting system.
  • Ensure quality and completeness of final documentation and facilitate hand-over to operations.
  • Contribute to risk identification and mitigation reviews and suggest improvements to work practices and routines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oil and gas construction, experience working on large-scale projects, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic or French language proficiency is an asset.

A successful candidate should be able to effectively manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively in a multinational environment, and provide high-quality results under tight deadlines.
