Project Management Lead

This is a challenging role for an experienced project management professional to oversee the operations of various projects from design to financial sign-off. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing major turnkey EPC security projects in the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of project operations from design to financial sign-off.
  • Act as Contract Owner for assigned projects, ensuring cost/budget control and schedule management.
  • Pursuing revenue opportunities through project variations on civil scope and enhancing project margin.
  • Resolving project constraints and managing resources effectively as required.
  • Timely procurement and maintaining a effective procurement tracker.
  • Preparing civil RFQs in line with scope of works.
  • Sourcing multiple quotes from civil vendors and finalizing contracts.
  • Coordinating with clients, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors efficiently.
  • Delivering projects successfully in all aspects, adhering to contract requirements and following project management procedures.
  • Maintaining high quality standards in project execution, adhering to industrial norms on civil construction.

Requirements:
  • Civil Engineering Graduate or Post-Graduate Qualifications.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in managing major turnkey EPC security projects in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Preferred Experience: 10 years in the Middle East region, holding a valid Oman driving license, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industrial security projects, specifically 5-7 major Oil & Gas (or) Petrochemical EPC projects as Project Manager position, each project valued at least $5m USD with Integrated Security packages (duration not less than 1 year).
