Crane Operator Job in Al Buraymi

Career Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating various cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate tower, mobile, and overhead cranes to lift and move heavy materials such as steel beams, concrete blocks, and machinery.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Fully comply with all safety procedures and regulations while operating the crane.
  • Communicate effectively with other workers on the construction site to coordinate lifts.
  • Complete daily logs and reports on crane operations.
  • Perform routine maintenance on crane equipment as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in a construction setting.
  • Valid crane operator certification or license.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and lift plans.
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations related to crane operations.
