We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. The ideal candidate should have experience operating heavy equipment and possess a valid license to operate loaders. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials onto trucks, transporting materials within the construction site, and maintaining the loader equipment. You must have good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate loader safely and efficiently according to company procedures
  • Load and unload materials onto trucks using the loader
  • Transport materials within the construction site
  • Perform routine maintenance on loader equipment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Valid license to operate loaders
  • Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
  • Ability to read and understand basic instructions in English
  • Physically fit to perform job duties (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
