Senior Leadership Opportunity

This leadership position offers a unique chance to shape the future of education and training. As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for guiding the strategic direction and growth of our organization.


We are seeking an experienced executive with a strong background in financial management, including budgeting, resource allocation, and fundraising. Your ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders is essential to driving student enrollment and ensuring a high level of student satisfaction and retention.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of audiences, including students, faculty, staff, government bodies, and international partners. Strong negotiation and influencing skills are also required, particularly in securing funding, partnerships, and collaboration opportunities.


A master's degree in administration, Higher Education Management, or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications in aviation, such as Flight Instructor (Fixed wing), Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL), Air Operation Management, or similar. Proven track record of leadership and management in a complex organization, with at least 5 years of experience at an executive level, is also necessary.
