Strategic Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization in achieving strategic growth, operational excellence, and sustainable development. The successful candidate will drive the execution of our business vision, ensure alignment with organizational goals and national priorities.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that foster innovation, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee the full operations of the organization, ensuring performance, profitability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive financial planning, budgeting, and fiscal reporting while maintaining optimal working capital and risk management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging creative problem-solving and bold decision-making.
  • Lead high-performing teams through coaching, clear direction, and a strong performance culture.
  • Represent the organization to external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, government entities, consultants, and business partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 20 years of progressive leadership experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record as a General Manager or Head of a business unit, ideally within the food or grain sector.
  • Strong exposure to global markets, especially in food/grain industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex operations, drive growth, and lead cross-functional teams in a high-pressure environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (required).
  • Master's degree in Management or a relevant discipline (preferred).
