About the Role:
The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front office operation, including the front desk, concierge, and valet departments. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of front office staff, ensuring excellent guest service and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive business results and improve guest satisfaction.
- Manage department budgets and control expenses to meet financial goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in front office management or a related role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
