Job Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in the preparation and management of project budgets, ensuring that all expenditures are accurately tracked and reported.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate project cost forecasts, taking into account contractual requirements and company policies.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and engineering teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Monitor and report on project expenditure, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Assist in the development of project work breakdown structures (WBS) and cost breakdown structures (CBS), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the project approval process, ensuring that all costs are properly allocated and approved.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Science.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or project management, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
