Systems Integration Specialist

Job Role:
The Systems Integrations Engineering Manager will lead a team of software engineers to design and deliver engineering solutions that meet the needs of our business customers. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of software engineers to design and deliver engineering solutions
- Mentor and hire new team members
- Partner with business customers to understand their data and integrations needs
- Seek improvements to established processes, designs, and engineering solutions
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent understanding of integration patterns, experience as a hands-on engineering manager or team lead, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and ability to collaborate remotely with diverse team members and stakeholders. Additionally, you should have experience as a software developer in Python, experience as a software developer in a high-level language, preferably Go, and Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
