We're looking for a seasoned Oracle EBS Technical Consultant – Integration Specialist to join a high-impact government sector project. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12), deep knowledge of integration techniques, and proven expertise in building robust interfaces with third-party systems. Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and implement integrations between Oracle EBS and external systems using:
    • Java (REST/SOAP APIs)
    • Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, Mediator, Adapters)
    • File-based and real-time interfaces
  • Collaborate with functional teams and external partners to gather requirements and convert them into scalable integration designs.
  • Develop custom APIs and middleware components to connect Oracle EBS with third-party systems (e.g., banking, HR, payroll, tax, procurement).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data flow issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation in Arabic and English:
    • Technical design and integration specs
    • Interface control documents (ICDs)
    • API documentation and support guides
  • Ensure all integration solutions meet Oracle best practices for performance, security, and compliance.
  • Participate in all testing phases: unit, integration, UAT, and go-live.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements for integration components post-deployment.

Must-Haves:

  • 7+ years of Oracle EBS technical consulting experience.
  • Proven integration expertise using:
    • Java (J2EE, REST/SOAP)
    • Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, Mediator, Adapters)
  • Deep understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and core modules: GL, AP, AR, PO, FA, OM, INV.
  • Experience with multiple third-party system integrations.
  • Strong PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Oracle Workflows, and Oracle Reports knowledge.
  • Ability to produce detailed technical documentation (Arabic & English).
  • Familiarity with Oracle OUM and full SDLC lifecycle.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Oracle SOA / Integration certifications (preferred).

Preferred Experience:

  • Projects in public sector, banking, or large enterprise Oracle environments.
  • Experience with system-to-system security protocols and compliance.
  • Knowledge of on-premise and hybrid integration models.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in cross-functional environments.
  • Precision-focused with a documentation-first mindset.
