We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing product displays, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and developing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute product displays that meet company standards
  2. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
  3. Collaborate with sales team to develop marketing strategies for new products
  4. Conduct market research to identify current trends and competitors' activities
  5. Ensure store cleanliness and organization
  6. Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow planograms
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  4. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  5. Basic math skills and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
