Role Overview

The Senior Reliability Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our industrial equipment and systems.

Main Accountabilities
  • Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
  • Leading reliability meetings and project management activities to ensure effective prioritization and execution of reliability projects.
  • Ensuring accurate, complete, and up-to-date records and SOPs.
Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Deep knowledge of production processes, organizational structure, decision-making processes, business needs, and constraints.
