We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Mandarin Oriental, Muscat. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional beverage experience to our guests.

1. Departmental:
2. Lead and communicate effectively with colleagues during bar operations, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
3. Familiarize yourself with production sequences for various beverages and bar services.
4. Deliver exceptional service and product quality, meeting high client care standards.
5. Set up and manage a bar station, ensuring efficient service delivery.
6. Provide exceptional guest service, recommending wine and cocktail choices.
7. Coordinate food and beverage service efficiently, responding proactively to guest queries.
8. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties, maintaining accurate records.
9. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks, reporting any discrepancies.
