Job Description

The Cluster Revenue Manager is a key position at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability for our luxury hotels. This role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Cluster Revenue Manager, focusing on maximizing revenue and profitability for Alila Jabal Akhdar and Alila Hinu Bay.
  • This role involves developing and implementing strategies to optimize total hotel revenue across all revenue streams, including room revenue, F&B, spa, and more.
  • The successful candidate will conduct market analysis to determine optimal rates, segmentation, and sales strategies, applying dynamic pricing, forecast adjustments, and rate recommendations to meet revenue targets.
Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Revenue Management: Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue potential across all market segments.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough market analysis to determine optimal rates, segmentation, and sales strategies.
  • Pricing and Yield Management: Apply dynamic pricing, forecast adjustments, and rate recommendations to meet revenue targets.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate short-term and long-term forecasts to guide leadership in decision-making and monitor KPIs like RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total hotel revenue.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Align revenue strategies with sales and marketing efforts to optimize business performance and collaborate on promotional campaigns to drive demand during peak and off-peak seasons.
