Marketing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive occupancy and revenue, and engage target audiences across all channels.

This is an extraordinary opportunity to shape the hotel's culture and guest experience from day one. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns that meet or exceed business objectives.

  • Develop comprehensive annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and brand standards.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Maintain and update hotel website content to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and user engagement.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to produce marketing materials (brochures, banners, ads, menus, etc.).
  • Manage hotel presence on OTAs, review platforms, and third-party listings.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the revenue team on pricing strategies and promotional offers.
  • Build relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers for PR and brand exposure.
  • Support the launch and promotion of hotel events, F&B activations, and seasonal campaigns.
