Job Title: Wealth and Wellness Ambassador

This role encompasses overseeing the daily operation of spa, fitness, and wellness facilities at a 5-star hotel. The position requires exceptional leadership skills to ensure seamless execution of hotel policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement innovative wellness programs and signature experiences.
  2. Conduct personalized wellness consultations and contribute to sales and marketing strategies.
  3. Coordinate special events, media, and branding activities.
  4. Handle daily operations, reporting, and sales statistics.
  5. Plan and execute wellness retreats and events with guest practitioners and experts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or with Middle East experience.
  • Strong computer skills and excellent customer service.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and maintain a well-organized environment.
