IT Support Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our airport and airline systems, as well as providing technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users on various airport systems and applications.
• Develop processes for performance monitoring of systems and take proactive actions to address any issues.
• Develop and lead a team of support professionals with the necessary skill sets for supporting airline application systems.
• Monitor the performance of all airline systems installed and in use at all locations and interact with third-party vendors responsible for maintenance.
• Configure, administer, and manage data for airline applications systems.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree with specialization in IT or any graduate degree with Higher Diploma in IT.
• 5 years of related work experience.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Good business analysis and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of relevant airline or travel systems.
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain personal computers, networks, and related hardware and software.
