Sales Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Coordinator, providing administrative support to our sales team to drive revenue growth across our hotels within the InterContinental Hotels Group.

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Coordinating sales-related activities, including familiarization visits and site inspections.
  • Managing sales department mail and maintaining a correspondence database.
  • Compiling weekly statistical reports for relevant areas.
  • Maintaining filing systems (manual and electronic).
  • Updating databases and managing stock levels of collateral materials.
  • Contributing to the development of new products and services.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
