
Territory Sales Representative

This position involves managing territory sales, achieving sales forecasts and collections by prospecting territory sales opportunities, building relationships with prospects and customers, promoting assigned products, and following up on order processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer preferences, business potential, and competitor actions in your territory, documenting and communicating your findings.
- Develop sales forecasts and action plans that align with company strategies for supervisor review and approval.
- You will represent the organization as an authorized partner to sell Orthopedics Spine products, interacting with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain strong relationships with target customers and key business players, identifying sales potentials and promoting assigned products.
- Participate in marketing events, conferences, workshops, and promotion campaigns related to your territory and accounts selling assigned products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with equipment system installation, start-up, utilization, and maintenance.
- Report on action plans, customer responses, achievements, and sales potentials, as well as competitors' rivalry.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, including surgeons, nursing staff, and clinical staff.
- Assist doctors and staff with equipment installation and setup.
- Necessary Skills and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Biomedical Engineer, Pharmacy, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a similar role; freshers with a flair for sales are also considered.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Arabic, persuasive relations building, business acumen, and a flair for sales.
