Job Summary

The Help Desk Specialist provides technical support to internal clients, resolving hardware and software issues, and installing software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems and latest Office software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and evaluate incoming requests for assistance from users.
  • Install software applications for users.
  • Analyze user problems and find appropriate solutions.
  • Enter data into helpdesk management systems.
  • Assist users with various options and applications within MS Office.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and a two-year college or vocational certificate in computer science or related discipline.
  • Two to three years of helpdesk experience in a small to mid-sized company.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and latest Office software.
