As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management

You will lead and manage a team of staff to ensure that all aspects of restaurant operations run smoothly. This includes overseeing staff management, quality control, cleanliness, and safety standards.

  • Customer Service

Providing excellent customer service is crucial in this role. You will ensure that customers receive top-notch service, addressing any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

  • Inventory Management

You will be responsible for creating work schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and managing budgets to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fine dining.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills, ability to manage a team, and strong communication skills are essential.
  • Multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, industry trends, budgeting, cost control, and inventory management is required.
