FEA Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented FEA (Finite Element Analysis) Engineer to support our engineering team in advanced simulations and structural analyses.

• Perform structural, thermal, vibration, and fatigue simulations using FEA software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or Nastran to validate product designs, improve performance, safety, and durability.

• Develop and validate finite element models from CAD data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

• Analyze results to provide design recommendations for optimizing product development, taking into account industry standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, test, and manufacturing to ensure simulation models accurately reflect real-world conditions.

• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards, simulation techniques, and emerging trends.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of FEA principles, simulation best practices, and material properties.

• Hands-on experience with one or more FEA software tools, proficiency in pre-processing and post-processing techniques.

• Knowledge of mechanical behavior, failure criteria, and CAD tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and documentation skills.

• Experience in industries like Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics, Heavy Machinery, or Medical Devices.

• Exposure to scripting languages like Python or MATLAB for automating FEA tasks.

• Background in CFD, crash analysis, or multi-physics simulations is a plus.
