Finite Element Analysis Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented FEA engineer to fill a critical role in our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing advanced simulations and structural analyses using FEA tools to support design validation, product development, and optimization efforts across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct complex structural, thermal, vibration, and fatigue simulations utilizing industry-leading FEA software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran).
  • Develop and validate accurate finite element models from CAD data.
  • Analyze simulation results to provide actionable design recommendations that enhance product performance, safety, and durability.
  • Collaborate closely with design, test, and manufacturing teams to ensure models reflect real-world conditions and optimize project outcomes.
  • Present detailed technical reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards, best practices, and emerging simulation techniques.
  • Maintain and continuously improve simulation processes and workflows.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong foundation in FEA principles and simulation methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more FEA software tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, HyperMesh, Nastran).
  • Proficiency in pre-processing and post-processing techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of material properties, mechanical behavior, and failure criteria.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, NX).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics, Heavy Machinery, or Medical Devices.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for automating FEA tasks.
  • Experience with CFD, crash analysis, or multi-physics simulations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ASME, ISO, ASTM).
