Creative Marketing Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Creative Marketing Manager to join our team in Oman. This role will focus on managing post-sale relationships with real estate developers in Oman, ensuring effective delivery of marketing campaigns and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • You will be the primary point of contact for real estate developer clients after the sales deal is closed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns seamlessly.
  • Track and monitor campaign KPIs such as leads, impressions, and engagement.
  • Prepare and present monthly account management reports to developer clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with developers by providing proactive support and clear communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in account management, client servicing, or campaign delivery.
  • Solid understanding of digital performance marketing, social media, and branding campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
