Job Title: Electrical Projects Quality Assurance and Control Specialist

As a seasoned professional in the field of electrical projects, we are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Electrical Projects Quality Assurance and Control Specialist.

Job Description:
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing QMS documents, managing day-to-day quality activities, supervising contract quality and technical requirements, and resolving quality-related issues.
  • Conducting quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards is also a critical aspect of this role.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will coordinate with the owner's representative for QA/QC matters and collaborate with construction managers and site engineers to ensure compliance and resolve quality-related issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
  • A minimum of 10 years of overall experience in quality management systems, with at least 8 years specifically in transmission and distribution (T&D) projects.
  • Proven expertise in quality management throughout all project phases, including design/engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
  • Certified auditor for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
  • Well-versed in relevant codes and standards applicable to electrical transmission and distribution projects.
