Project Controls Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our project controls function.

  • Lead the project controls function on a global scale, including planning & scheduling, cost control, risk and change management, and project performance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and ensure alignment with work plans, resource allocations, and procurement strategies.
  • Establish and manage project cost control systems, including forecasting, budgeting, earned value management (EVM), and cost reporting.
  • Implement and maintain risk and change management processes, ensuring timely assessment and mitigation planning.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to project leadership, stakeholders, and corporate functions.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction management, and contract teams to ensure alignment of project controls systems and deliverables.
  • Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance against baseline plans and KPIs.
  • Conduct variance analysis and proactively recommend corrective actions.
  • Facilitate project reviews and audits in alignment with company and client standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience, with at least 10 years as a Lead/Manager.
  • Professional certification in project controls, such as PMP, CCP (AACE), or equivalent, is desirable.
