About the Role

This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage sales and customer relationships within a retail environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a positive store atmosphere by consistently meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service;
  2. Become knowledgeable about products and promotions to effectively engage with customers and meet their needs;
  3. Maintain a well-organized store appearance by adhering to visual merchandising standards and ensuring timely stock replenishment;
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a secure environment;
  5. Pursue ongoing training and certification to enhance sales and customer service skills;
  6. Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally;
Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Relevant work experience and technical skills are preferred but not essential.
