We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you take on the challenge of generating and maximizing sales of real estate products through self-generated client leads.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong negotiation and selling skills, and the ability to build long-term and effective relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and targeting potential clients for each type of company product.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH MEETINGS, TELEPHONE CALLS, EMAILS, VISITS, EVENTS, ETC.
  • Provide comprehensive information on the best real estate purchases and prices to meet client expectations.
  • Cultivate and maintain existing and potential client relationships to ensure loyalty and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Present demos of DarGlobal product ranges to clients when required.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors' sales philosophies, and approaches to enable the business development team to leverage market intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Educated to college or degree level (or equivalent).
