Senior Project Manager - Real Estate Development

We are seeking a senior-level Project Manager to lead our most complex real estate development projects. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale real estate development projects. This will involve developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale real estate development projects
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Manage project budgets and resources to ensure timely delivery and profitability
